Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-platform creative campaigns aligned with brand strategy
- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, copywriters, and video producers
- Present creative concepts to C-level clients and stakeholders
- Maintain project timelines while ensuring creative excellence
- Drive innovation in emerging media formats (AR/VR, interactive experiences)
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on integrated campaigns
- Mentor junior creatives through portfolio reviews and skill development
Qualifications
- 8+ years in creative leadership with 3+ directing teams
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning campaigns across digital/print/broadcast
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion graphics
- Experience pitching to Fortune 500 clients
- Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets
- Deep understanding of brand storytelling and audience psychology
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, or related field
- Strong presentation skills with executive presence
