Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated brand campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media channels
- Lead creative direction for 15+ concurrent projects, ensuring cohesive brand storytelling
- Manage and mentor a team of 8+ designers, copywriters, and content strategists
- Present creative concepts to C-suite executives and major stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align creative output with KPIs and ROI targets
- Stay ahead of emerging media trends and technologies to innovate campaign approaches
- Oversee production budgets and vendor relationships for high-profile projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in creative leadership with 5+ years at director level
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning campaigns for Fortune 500 brands
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and project management tools
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in fast-paced agency environments
- Strong understanding of digital analytics and performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate creative vision
- Experience with budget management over $2M annual creative spend
