Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive creative strategies aligned with brand objectives and market trends
- Lead ideation, art direction, and production of cross-platform campaigns (digital, print, video, experiential)
- Mentor and manage a team of 8+ creatives, fostering innovation and professional growth
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure cohesive brand narratives
- Present creative concepts to C-level executives and client stakeholders
- Stay ahead of industry trends in emerging media technologies and design methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive creative leadership experience in advertising or entertainment
- Portfolio demonstrating excellence in brand development and campaign execution
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion design tools
- Strong background in team management with proven talent development
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, Communications, or related field
- Experience working with Fortune 500 brands in tech or entertainment sectors
