Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end creative development for multi-platform campaigns across digital, print, and experiential media
- Mentor and guide a team of 10+ creatives including designers, copywriters, and video producers
- Collaborate with CMOs and brand executives to translate business goals into compelling visual narratives
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for 15+ concurrent projects
- Drive innovation in emerging formats including AR/VR experiences and interactive installations
- Present creative concepts to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Maintain quality standards through rigorous creative reviews and feedback loops
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in creative leadership with 5+ years at director level
- Portfolio demonstrating excellence in brand campaigns for entertainment/media clients
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion graphics tools
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and large-scale budgets
- BA/BS in Design, Communications, or related field; MFA preferred
- Deep understanding of digital media trends and emerging technologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate creative vision to diverse audiences
- Experience with remote team management and hybrid work models
