Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with brand objectives and audience engagement metrics
- Lead creative direction for high-impact campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media channels
- Mentor a team of 8+ creatives while maintaining quality standards and innovation
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging content trends
- Manage $2M+ annual content budgets with ROI-focused optimization
- Present creative concepts to C-suite clients and stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in creative leadership with 5+ directing content teams
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning campaigns across video, digital, and print
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and content analytics tools
- Proven track record scaling content operations for enterprise clients
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles and social algorithms
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations
