- Mentor a team of 8 creatives and content producers
- Collaborate with C-suite on brand positioning and narrative development
- Oversee content budgets exceeding $2M annually
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize content ROI
- Drive innovation in emerging media formats (AR/VR, interactive installations)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in creative leadership with 5+ in media/communications
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning campaigns for Fortune 500 brands
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and content management systems
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams under tight deadlines
- Deep understanding of SEO, analytics, and platform algorithms
- BA/MA in Communications, Marketing, or Fine Arts
- Certification in Google Analytics or HubSpot preferred
