Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated content strategies across film, social media, and emerging platforms
- Lead creative direction for high-profile campaigns including video production, interactive experiences, and brand partnerships
- Manage cross-functional teams of designers, writers, videographers, and digital specialists
- Drive audience engagement through data-driven content optimization and A/B testing
- Establish creative benchmarks and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align content with business objectives
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI-generated content, immersive media, and viral storytelling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in creative leadership with 5+ years directing cross-media content teams
- Portfolio demonstrating excellence in campaign development for major brands or entertainment properties
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and content management systems
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar creative budgets and production schedules
- Deep understanding of SEO, social algorithms, and content distribution channels
- Experience with agile workflows and remote team collaboration tools
- Degree in Film, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent portfolio)
- Strong presentation skills with ability to pitch concepts to C-suite executives
