We're seeking a visionary Creative Content Director to lead our cross-media campaigns for high-profile clients in art, fashion, and entertainment. You'll orchestrate content ecosystems across print, digital, experiential, and emerging platforms while mentoring a team of 12 multidisciplinary creators. Our Brooklyn studio offers collaborative workspace, wellness stipends, and quarterly artist residencies.
Responsibilities
- Develop integrated content strategies aligning with brand narratives and client objectives
- Lead creative direction for 10+ annual campaigns across digital, print, and experiential channels
- Manage $2M+ content production budgets with vendor relationships and resource allocation
- Mentor junior creatives through performance reviews and skill development workshops
- Analyze content performance metrics to optimize engagement and ROI
- Collaborate with C-suite on thought leadership initiatives and industry partnerships
- Stay ahead of emerging platforms (AR/VR, interactive installations, generative AI art)
Qualifications
- 8+ years in creative leadership with 3+ years directing cross-functional teams
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning campaigns across 3+ media formats
- Expertise in content strategy frameworks (e.g., Brand Storytelling Matrix)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprout Social)
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Fine Arts, or related field
- Experience managing budgets >$1M for production and talent
- Deep understanding of art market dynamics and cultural trends
- Ability to translate complex concepts into compelling visual narratives
