Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and group therapy to adults and adolescents facing mental health challenges.
- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and community agencies to ensure holistic client care.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
- Participate in case conferences and clinical supervision sessions.
- Document all clinical interactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Current New York State Clinical Social Work (LCSW) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) licensure.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
