Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct clinical counseling and therapeutic interventions to clients facing mental health challenges.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and therapists, to ensure holistic patient care.
- Advocate for clients within the healthcare system and connect them with community resources.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Participate in case reviews and provide supervision to interns or junior staff when required.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with at least 3 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on cultural competency.
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively while maintaining high standards of documentation.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for occasional community outreach).
