Responsibilities
- Design, oversee, and execute Phase I-III clinical trials adhering to FDA/ICH-GCP guidelines
- Lead multidisciplinary teams including biostatisticians, data managers, and regulatory specialists
- Interpret complex clinical data and prepare regulatory submissions for FDA/EMA approval
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 812, and institutional review board protocols
- Develop investigator brochures and study protocols with scientific rigor
- Present findings at international conferences and publish in peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to therapeutic innovation strategy
Qualifications
- MD/DO degree with board certification in Internal Medicine, Oncology, or Immunology
- 3+ years of clinical trial management experience in biotech/pharma setting
- Proven expertise in oncology therapeutic areas (solid tumors/hematologic malignancies)
- FDA Form 1572 certification and GCP/ICH compliance expertise
- Strong statistical analysis skills (SAS/R) and EDC system proficiency (Medidata Rave)
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation abilities
- Active medical license in Massachusetts or willingness to obtain
