Responsibilities
- Manage and execute clinical trial protocols with precision and regulatory compliance
- Monitor patient safety data and adverse events using EDC systems
- Coordinate interdisciplinary research teams and vendor relationships
- Develop patient education materials and informed consent processes
- Analyze trial data and prepare regulatory submissions (IND/IDE)
- Maintain accurate electronic trial records per 21 CFR Part 11
Qualifications
- BSN or Master's degree in Nursing (MSN preferred)
- 3+ years clinical research experience in FDA-regulated trials
- Active RN license in Massachusetts (compact license acceptable)
- CRC or CCRC certification required
- Proficiency with EDC systems (Medidata Rave, Oracle Clinical)
- GCP/ICH E6 compliance expertise
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills
