Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate clinical trial protocols ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and ethical guidelines
- Conduct informed consent processes and patient education for trial participation
- Administer investigational therapies and monitor patient responses per protocol specifications
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and regulatory documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including principal investigators, biostatisticians, and data managers
- Participate in adverse event reporting and risk management procedures
- Contribute to protocol development and continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Minnesota
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; MSN preferred
- Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience with at least 1 year in research setting
- Certification in Clinical Research (ACRP or SOCRA) preferred
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and clinical trial management systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex protocols to diverse populations
- Demonstrated knowledge of ICH-GCP and FDA regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends and evenings
