Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end clinical trial execution from protocol design to final report
- Manage cross-functional teams including physicians, data specialists, and regulatory affairs
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, GCP, and ICH guidelines
- Analyze complex clinical data and prepare regulatory submissions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key research partners and vendors
- Mentor junior researchers and implement best practices in trial methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of clinical research management experience in pharmaceutical/biotech
- Proven track record with FDA-regulated trials and regulatory submissions
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Expertise in EDC systems and clinical data management
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
