Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of clinical trial protocols including IRB submissions, regulatory compliance, and site monitoring
- Recruit, screen, and enroll participants while maintaining detailed electronic health records
- Coordinate multidisciplinary research teams and conduct regular study meetings
- Manage trial budgets, vendor contracts, and investigational product accountability
- Analyze clinical data and prepare comprehensive reports for sponsors and ethics committees
- Ensure adherence to FDA regulations, GCP guidelines, and institutional policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years clinical research coordination experience in a hospital or academic setting
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Expert knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH-GCP, and clinical trial methodologies
- Proficiency in electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, REDCap)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to regulatory documentation
- Strong interpersonal abilities for patient interactions and stakeholder communication
