Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical trial protocols ensuring FDA/ICH compliance and GMP standards
- Manage patient recruitment, enrollment, and retention strategies
- Coordinate multidisciplinary research teams and vendor relationships
- Maintain accurate electronic data capture systems and regulatory documentation
- Conduct site initiation, monitoring, and closeout procedures
- Prepare FDA submissions, IRB protocols, and safety reports
- Analyze trial data and generate comprehensive study reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years clinical trial coordination experience in oncology/immunology
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) certification
- Expertise in REDCap and electronic health record systems
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and HIPAA compliance
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage complex multi-center trials
