Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of clinical trials from protocol development to final reporting
- Recruit, screen, and enroll eligible study participants with precision
- Ensure strict adherence to FDA regulations, GCP standards, and ethical guidelines
- Manage comprehensive trial documentation and regulatory submissions
- Coordinate multidisciplinary research teams and external vendors
- Analyze and interpret clinical data to generate actionable insights
- Maintain IRB compliance and prepare audit-ready documentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing, Public Health, or related clinical field
- 3+ years of clinical research coordination experience in oncology
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) certification preferred
- Expertise in FDA regulations, ICH-GCP, and HIPAA compliance
- Advanced proficiency in electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities for stakeholder management
- Experience managing complex multi-center trials
