Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end clinical trial operations, including protocol development, site activation, and patient recruitment
- Ensure strict adherence to FDA regulations, GCP guidelines, and institutional IRB protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic data capture systems and source documentation
- Coordinate investigator meetings, site monitoring visits, and regulatory submissions
- Liaise with sponsors, CROs, and ethics committees to ensure trial integrity
- Train clinical staff on study procedures and regulatory requirements
- Analyze trial data and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Minimum 3 years of clinical trial coordination experience in therapeutic areas
- Expertise in regulatory compliance (FDA, EMA, ICH-GCP) and ethical guidelines
- Proficiency in electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Oracle Inform)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation
- Strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of Boston healthcare ecosystem and local research institutions
