Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical trial protocols and regulatory compliance (FDA/ICH-GCP)
- Recruit, screen, and enroll qualified study participants
- Manage electronic data capture systems and maintain accurate trial documentation
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (physicians, nurses, lab staff)
- Monitor adverse events and ensure patient safety protocols
- Prepare regulatory submissions and maintain trial master files
- Analyze clinical data and generate interim trial reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biology, or related medical field (Master's preferred)
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Minimum 3 years clinical trial coordination experience in therapeutic area
- Proficiency in clinical trial management systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Veeva Vault)
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Excellent communication skills for patient and stakeholder interactions
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent trials in fast-paced environment
