Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all operational aspects of assigned clinical trials from initiation to close-out.
- Screen, recruit, and obtain informed consent from study participants.
- Conduct study visits, including vital signs, ECGs, and phlebotomy, in accordance with strict protocols.
- Accurately collect, record, and maintain clinical data in Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with FDA regulations, GCP/ICH guidelines, and institutional policies.
- Act as the primary liaison between the clinical site, sponsors, and Contract Research Organizations (CROs).
- Manage and maintain accurate regulatory binders and study drug accountability logs.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding schedules, procedures, and adverse events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related health field.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or ACRP/SoCRA certification (CCRC/CRA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator.
- In-depth knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), FDA regulations, and HIPAA compliance.
- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills and an unwavering attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-first mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, high-volume research environment.
