Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of clinical trials from protocol development to closeout
- Recruit, screen, and enroll participants while maintaining ethical standards
- Ensure adherence to FDA regulations, GCP guidelines, and institutional policies
- Collect, verify, and maintain accurate clinical trial data
- Liaise with sponsors, IRB, and multidisciplinary research teams
- Monitor adverse events and implement safety protocols
- Prepare regulatory submissions and maintain trial documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years clinical research coordination experience
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) certification
- Proficiency in electronic data capture systems (e.g., REDCap, Medidata)
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with rigorous documentation practices
- Experience with oncology trials highly desirable
