Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor Phase I-III clinical trials with meticulous attention to FDA/GCP compliance
- Recruit, screen, and enroll qualified participants while maintaining ethical standards
- Manage electronic data capture systems and ensure data integrity across trial phases
- Coordinate investigator meetings, prepare regulatory submissions, and maintain trial master files
- Analyze adverse events and safety data to ensure participant welfare
- Liaise with sponsors, IRBs, and regulatory bodies for seamless trial execution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Nursing, or related health field (BSN with 3+ years experience considered)
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or SOCRA certification required
- Minimum 5 years coordinating complex oncology/neurology trials
- Expertise in EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Veeva Vault)
- Demonstrated success in FDA 1572 and ICF documentation
- Strong statistical analysis capabilities using SAS or R
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder management
