Responsibilities
- Manage clinical trial protocols from initiation to closure, maintaining FDA/ICH-GCP compliance
- Coordinate patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment processes
- Collect, validate, and analyze clinical data using electronic systems (e.g., REDCap)
- Liaise with sponsors, IRB, and regulatory bodies for protocol submissions and amendments
- Train clinical staff on trial procedures and documentation standards
- Prepare regulatory documents, reports, and trial progress updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years clinical research coordination experience in hospital setting
- Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in EDC systems and regulatory documentation software
- Deep understanding of FDA regulations, GCP, and HIPAA compliance
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities for stakeholder collaboration
