Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical trial protocols ensuring FDA/GCP compliance and IRB approvals
- Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants with exceptional patient engagement
- Manage electronic data capture systems maintaining 100% audit-ready documentation
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary research teams and vendor partnerships
- Monitor adverse events and regulatory reporting timelines
- Develop informed consent materials and patient education resources
- Analyze study data and prepare regulatory submissions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biology, or related health field
- 3+ years clinical research coordination experience
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or ACRP certification
- Expertise in FDA regulations, ICH-GCP, and HIPAA compliance
- Advanced proficiency in REDCap and clinical trial management systems
- Proven track record in protocol development and site management
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Experience with oncology or immunology trials preferred
