Responsibilities
- Manage 3-5 concurrent clinical trials ensuring protocol compliance and regulatory adherence
- Recruit, screen, and enroll diverse patient populations while maintaining ethical standards
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and data specialists
- Implement and monitor electronic data capture systems with 99.8% data accuracy
- Prepare FDA submissions and maintain IRB documentation with zero audit findings
- Analyze complex clinical datasets to generate actionable insights for sponsors
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field; Master's preferred
- 3+ years clinical research coordination with oncology/rare disease experience
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) certification required
- Expertise in ICH-GCP and FDA regulations with flawless compliance record
- Advanced proficiency in Medidata Rave and REDCap systems
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with proven crisis management experience
- Excellent written communication with documented publications in medical journals
