Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple clinical trials from protocol development to close-out
- Recruit, screen, and enroll eligible study participants while maintaining ethical standards
- Collect, verify, and manage electronic and paper-based clinical trial data
- Coordinate with IRB, sponsors, and regulatory bodies to ensure protocol compliance
- Train and supervise research staff and study coordinators
- Prepare regulatory documents, safety reports, and trial progress updates
- Implement quality control measures for data integrity and audit readiness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years clinical research coordination experience in an academic setting
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) certification required
- Proficiency in electronic data capture systems (e.g., REDCap, Medidata Rave)
- Demonstrated knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH-GCP, and HIPAA compliance
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent trials
- Strong written communication skills for protocol development and reporting
