Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical trial protocols ensuring FDA/ICH compliance and data integrity
- Recruit and screen participants while maintaining strict ethical standards
- Coordinate site visits, audits, and regulatory submissions
- Manage electronic data capture systems and generate study reports
- Liaise with principal investigators, sponsors, and ethics committees
- Maintain accurate patient records and adverse event documentation
- Mentor junior staff on GCP and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field required
- 3+ years clinical research coordination experience
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) preferred
- Proficiency in Medidata Rave and clinical trial management systems
- Deep understanding of GCP and FDA regulations
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder communication
- Experience in oncology/immunology trials highly valued
