Responsibilities
- Coordinate multi-phase clinical trials from protocol development to close-out
- Recruit, screen, and enroll qualified study participants
- Manage electronic data capture systems and maintain regulatory documentation
- Monitor adverse events and ensure protocol adherence
- Liaise with IRB and regulatory bodies for approvals and amendments
- Mentor junior staff and conduct site audits
- Present findings at national medical conferences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field
- 3+ years clinical research coordination experience
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) required
- Expertise in FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Advanced proficiency in REDCap and Medidata Rave
- Strong budget management and vendor negotiation skills
- Exceptional written communication for regulatory submissions
