Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor clinical trial protocols in accordance with FDA and GCP standards
- Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants while maintaining ethical standards
- Manage electronic data capture systems and ensure accurate documentation
- Coordinate multidisciplinary research teams and communicate study progress to stakeholders
- Prepare regulatory submissions and maintain comprehensive trial documentation
- Analyze and report trial data to support investigational product development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of clinical research coordination experience in a hospital setting
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) certification required
- Proficiency in electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Expert knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH-GCP, and HIPAA compliance
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
