Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical trial protocols ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards
- Recruit, screen, and enroll qualified participants while maintaining accurate study documentation
- Coordinate data collection, manage electronic health records, and prepare regulatory submissions
- Liaise with sponsors, IRB, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure protocol adherence
- Monitor adverse events and maintain safety reporting procedures
- Prepare study reports, presentations, and publications for peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- 3+ years of clinical trial coordination experience in therapeutic areas
- Proficiency in electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder interactions
