Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end clinical trial execution from protocol design to FDA submission
- Recruit and retain diverse patient cohorts while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance
- Manage electronic data capture systems and ensure regulatory documentation accuracy
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including physicians, biostatisticians, and regulatory affairs
- Conduct site monitoring visits and ensure adherence to GCP and ICH guidelines
- Prepare complex regulatory submissions and maintain audit-ready documentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Public Health, or related field
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Minimum 3 years experience in clinical trial coordination within academic medical center
- Expertise in oncology/cardiology trial protocols and FDA regulations
- Advanced proficiency in REDCap, Medidata Rave, or similar EDC systems
- Demonstrated success in achieving patient enrollment targets
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and 21 CFR Part 820 requirements
