Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of clinical trials from protocol design to FDA submission
- Coordinate patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment processes
- Maintain accurate electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs) and regulatory documentation
- Liaise with IRB, sponsors, and investigative sites for protocol compliance
- Analyze trial data and prepare comprehensive study reports
- Train staff on Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards
- Monitor adverse events and ensure timely safety reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biology, or related health science field
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- 3+ years of clinical trial coordination experience in oncology
- Expertise in FDA regulations, ICH-GCP, and 21 CFR Part 11
- Advanced proficiency in electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and cross-functional collaboration experience
