- Analyze preliminary data and draft study progress reports
- Train staff on research procedures and ethical guidelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, or related field
- 2+ years clinical research coordination experience
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) preferred
- Expertise in oncology trial protocols and IRB processes
- Advanced proficiency in REDCap and electronic data capture systems
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written communication for regulatory documentation
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced settings
