Responsibilities
- Oversee protocol implementation for Phase II/III oncology trials
- Manage electronic data capture systems (REDCap) and regulatory documentation
- Coordinate patient recruitment, screening, and informed consent processes
- Monitor adverse events and ensure compliance with GCP standards
- Liaise with IRB, sponsors, and multidisciplinary research teams
- Maintain accurate trial documentation in electronic lab notebooks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years clinical research coordination experience with FDA trials
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) certification required
- Expertise in oncology trial protocols and biomarker analysis
- Proficiency in EDC systems (eCRF, Medidata Rave)
- Exceptional attention to detail and regulatory compliance knowledge
