Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor clinical trial protocols ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and ICH-GCP standards
- Recruit, screen, and enroll participants while maintaining detailed electronic health records
- Coordinate multidisciplinary research teams including physicians, nurses, and data specialists
- Analyze and interpret complex clinical data to generate actionable research insights
- Prepare regulatory submissions and maintain audit-ready documentation systems
- Present findings at industry conferences and contribute to peer-reviewed publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Nursing, or related life sciences field
- Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) or equivalent certification
- Minimum 3 years coordinating Phase II-III clinical trials in therapeutic areas
- Proficiency in EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave) and regulatory databases
- Demonstrated expertise in FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret statistical data
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
