Responsibilities
- Design and implement clinical trial protocols ensuring FDA/GCP compliance
- Recruit, screen, and enroll qualified study participants with precision
- Manage complex data collection using REDCap and EDC systems
- Coordinate interdisciplinary research teams and vendor relationships
- Maintain meticulous regulatory documentation and audit readiness
- Analyze trial outcomes and prepare regulatory submissions

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Public Health, or related field
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) certification required
- Minimum 3 years of oncology trial coordination experience

- Demonstrated knowledge of ICH-GCP and FDA regulations
