Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical trial protocols ensuring GCP compliance and regulatory standards
- Coordinate patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment processes
- Manage data collection, documentation, and regulatory submissions
- Liaise with investigators, sponsors, and institutional review boards
- Monitor adverse events and ensure patient safety protocols
- Prepare interim/final trial reports and study budgets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years clinical research coordination experience
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
