Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical trial protocols, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and GCP standards
- Recruit, screen, and enroll participants while maintaining ethical trial conduct
- Manage electronic data capture systems and maintain accurate patient records
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including investigators, sponsors, and IRB representatives
- Analyze trial data and prepare comprehensive reports for regulatory submissions
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure protocol adherence
- Train staff on trial procedures and regulatory updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of clinical research coordination experience in oncology trials
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Veeva Vault)
- Deep understanding of ICH-GCP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities to engage diverse stakeholders
- Experience managing budget timelines and resource allocation
