Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end clinical trial management including protocol development, site selection, and regulatory compliance
- Recruit and screen participants while maintaining strict adherence to ethical guidelines and HIPAA protocols
- Manage trial documentation, data collection, and regulatory submissions with zero-tolerance for errors
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including investigators, statisticians, and ethics board members
- Monitor trial progress through real-time data analysis and risk assessment protocols
- Present findings to stakeholders through comprehensive reports and executive summaries
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Nursing, or related health science field
- 3+ years of clinical trial coordination experience with oncology focus
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or SOCRA certification
- Proficiency in electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Oracle Inform)
- Deep understanding of FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven track record in documentation management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex biomedical data
