Responsibilities
- Design and implement clinical trial protocols adhering to FDA and ICH guidelines
- Recruit, screen, and enroll qualified research participants
- Manage electronic data capture systems and ensure regulatory compliance
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary research teams and vendor relationships
- Prepare regulatory submissions and maintain study documentation
- Analyze trial data and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Nursing, or related field
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) certification required
- 3+ years of oncology/immunology trial coordination experience
- Expertise in EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave) and CTMS platforms
- Strong knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and GCP regulations
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse stakeholders
