Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical trial protocols, ensuring adherence to FDA regulations and institutional guidelines
- Recruit, screen, and enroll participants while maintaining ethical standards
- Manage trial documentation, data collection, and regulatory submissions
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and biostatisticians
- Monitor adverse events and ensure patient safety protocols are followed
- Prepare progress reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field required
- Minimum 3 years clinical research coordination experience
- Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) preferred
- Proficiency in electronic data capture systems (e.g., REDCap, Medidata)
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and FDA regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
