Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical trial protocols ensuring FDA/GCP compliance and data integrity
- Coordinate patient recruitment, screening, and informed consent processes
- Manage site budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships
- Prepare regulatory submissions and maintain study documentation
- Mentor junior staff and conduct investigator meetings
- Analyze trial data and prepare regulatory reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years clinical research coordination experience
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave) and regulatory databases
- Demonstrated success in multi-center trial management
- Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and FDA regulations
- Exceptional organizational and stakeholder communication skills
