Responsibilities
- Manage clinical trial protocols from initiation to closure, including patient recruitment and data collection
- Ensure regulatory compliance with FDA, GCP, and institutional review board requirements
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of physicians, nurses, and research staff
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper trial documentation and databases
- Monitor adverse events and implement corrective actions promptly
- Prepare regulatory submissions and audit documentation
- Train clinical staff on trial procedures and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of clinical trial coordination experience in a medical research setting
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Proficiency with electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent trials with competing deadlines
