Responsibilities
- Oversee protocol implementation and regulatory compliance for multi-center clinical trials
- Coordinate patient recruitment, screening, and informed consent processes
- Manage electronic data capture systems and ensure data integrity
- Liaise with IRB, sponsors, and investigative sites for protocol amendments
- Maintain accurate trial documentation and source records
- Monitor adverse events and ensure timely reporting to regulatory bodies
- Train clinical staff on GCP and study-specific procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years clinical research coordination experience in academic/hospital setting
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Expertise in FDA regulations, ICH-GCP, and 21 CFR Part 11
- Proficiency with electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
