Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and oversee complex oncology clinical trials per FDA and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Manage site regulatory documentation (IRB submissions, informed consent processes)
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and biostatisticians
- Ensure accurate data capture, quality control, and audit readiness
- Maintain patient safety protocols and adverse event reporting systems
- Lead investigator meetings and regulatory authority inspections
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Public Health, or related field
- 3+ years coordinating oncology/hematology trials (NCI experience preferred)
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or SOCRA certification
- Expertise in electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Strong knowledge of 21 CFR Part 312 and ICH-GCP
- Proven experience with site initiation visits and closeout procedures
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management
