Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and oversee clinical trial protocols in compliance with FDA and ICH guidelines
- Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants while maintaining ethical standards
- Manage electronic data capture systems and ensure accurate documentation
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and lab technicians
- Monitor adverse events and ensure regulatory compliance throughout trial lifecycle
- Prepare regulatory submissions and maintain study documentation
- Analyze trial data and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of clinical research coordination experience
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) certification required
- Proficiency in electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Strong knowledge of GCP and FDA regulations
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience with oncology or immunology trials highly desirable
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
