Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of clinical trials from protocol design to FDA submission
- Recruit, screen, and enroll qualified study participants while maintaining strict IRB compliance
- Manage electronic data capture systems and ensure data integrity per GCP standards
- Coordinate with investigative sites to monitor trial progress and resolve protocol deviations
- Prepare regulatory documentation (INDs, IBs, safety reports) with meticulous attention to detail
- Mentor junior research staff and conduct site initiation visits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Nursing, or related health field (BSN with 3+ years experience considered)
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or SOCRA certification required
- Minimum 3 years oncology/immunotherapy trial coordination experience
- Proficiency in Medidata Rave and Oracle Clinical systems
- Demonstrated success in meeting 95%+ enrollment targets
- Expert knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 312 and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Exceptional written communication skills for regulatory documentation
