Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor clinical trial protocols ensuring strict FDA/ICH-GCP compliance
- Recruit, screen, and enroll participants while maintaining detailed study documentation
- Coordinate multidisciplinary research teams and manage complex data collection processes
- Conduct site visits, audits, and quality control assessments across study phases
- Prepare regulatory submissions and maintain IRB documentation with precision
- Analyze trial data and generate comprehensive progress reports for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years clinical research coordination experience in hospital/academic setting
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Expertise in FDA regulations, ICH-GCP, and clinical trial management systems
- Exceptional data management and statistical analysis skills using REDCap/CTMS
- Strong interpersonal abilities for patient recruitment and team collaboration
