Responsibilities
- Design and implement data pipelines for electronic health records (EHR) and medical imaging datasets
- Develop statistical models to identify treatment patterns and clinical correlations
- Create interactive dashboards for healthcare providers using Tableau and Power BI
- Ensure HIPAA/GDPR compliance in data handling and analysis workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into clinical applications
- Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot anomalies in healthcare datasets
- Present insights to clinical stakeholders and executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Biostatistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of clinical data analysis experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical setting
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, SciPy), and R for healthcare data manipulation
- Certification in Clinical Data Management (CCDM) or Healthcare Analytics (CHDA)
- Deep understanding of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM)
- Experience with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner) or medical imaging databases
- Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to clinical audiences
