Responsibilities
- Clean, validate, and interpret complex datasets from clinical trials and electronic health records (EHR).
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting tools using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including physicians and researchers, to define data requirements and extract meaningful insights.
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines during data handling.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement within healthcare workflows.
- Document data pipelines and standard operating procedures to maintain system transparency and reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Bioinformatics, Health Informatics, Statistics, Nursing, or a related scientific field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in clinical data analysis or healthcare informatics.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, along with experience in Python or R.
- Strong working knowledge of medical coding systems (ICD-10, CPT) is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and privacy.
